I think freed felons should be able to own guns. In fact, I cannot find a single argument for why they shouldn't. Take the case of Iryna Zarutska or Logan Federico for example. One of those cases, the killer had 25 FELONIES before the crime. According to a 2025 WISTV report, actual child rapists are getting let off the hook like clockwork in South Carolina, many of them never having to worry about prison or having to register. So when a crook who obviously cannot reintegrate with society (as thatis the point of having prison) and he goes out and shoots somebody, that's not a gun problem - that's an institutional problem! We should not violate our own constitution for the state's own shortcomings. Felons are people with lives too, and to the ones that have three felonies, they should stay in prison for life. End of.
Tax serfs shouldn't own anything. They should work and pay taxes.
nah, americans in general should be allowed to do absolutely anything, no state control. But they never leave the great US, then there will be cameras and we'll watch it like a reality show >>17658 >and to the ones that have three felonies what two crimes do you want to do ?
no handguns for anyone here
Guns should be a privilege not a right.
Felons should be allowed to own guns. If there is any reason to assume a felon will commit a crime (with it without a gun), he should not be released.
