where will the western quality of life free fall stop? personally i think all of europe, well the parts not already poorer than turkey, will emulate the turkish model of 30-40% unemployment, inflation, and obesity. they'll make a couple things but all the corporations and wealthy to tax will have left. It will also still be full of migrants like turkey
all of what you claim is just not true
>>18413 u r poorer than turkey
At some point, western capitalists are going to be forced to re-learn the lesson of Henry Ford: if you want the masses to buy your product, they need the wages to do that. Right now is a race to the bottom. But western economies and companies cannot survive in an India/Chine model where only 5-10% of the people have discretionary income.
>>18462 Fordism depends on family structure. Without a wife to buy the family stuff, and without children to make the dude desire a stable union-backed job that he can count on to raise a family for 20 years, people will just spend all of that income on travel, takeout food, restaurants and pets. It's not possible to return to that past. It piggy backed on values and social structure of a dying christian society. It is now effectively dead, and so are the family values that kept it together. Consumers today are atomized. Stable labor and its stable income translated to accessible credit to the waged class, which means commoditization of consumer goods that were once only accessible to the rich: house, high tech products, imports, and even health and education. Nobody cares about that anymore. If you give high income to the people they'll just yolo it on international travels. If you give them stable jobs they'll just reject it because they don't want life long commitment to a company and much less to a single position.
>>18464 https://www.bea.gov/news/2025/personal-income-and-outlays-august-2025 i thought housing costs be higher, avg age is 33 though so this might be heavily influenced by 60+ with paid off houses
>>18357 You Sir are a dumb as fuck Propagandamachine and I really about a Script to have you gone. Murica is going for a civil War at the Moment and I really hope your Shitholecountry is going down for good soon. No Trump 2028 bc (hopefully) your Country wont exist anymore and has been split up. Im sry I hate Muricans even more than Russians, Nignogs or Shitskins. You are the worst!
>>18470 >this might be heavily influenced by 60+ with paid off houses yeah, I can't see some under 33 only spending $65/mo on personal care, and $3200/yr for a new iphone + 10 streaming services this a good graphic
Not all western nations have the same trajectories. Australia will probably do fine if we can somehow sort the housing issue out.
>>18464 Why do you people always have to accredit all basic human values to Christianity? Humans have had families millions of years before Christianity. Family isn't a Christian owned concept.
>>18517 There's probably some logical fallacy about universalizing claims that fits your argument. The family structures inherited were the christian ones, and modernity set itself to either ignore it as part of human life, or attack it. It never tried to come up with a substitute. Modernity can be seen as dislocating the main nexus of human politics from family to labor relationships. Family was relegated to a personal whim. The fordist era was the last time when family had a positive, but already marginal, role in the structure of society. All of this is very basic anthropology and sociology of post-war murka. The more speculative part of what I wrote is the economic connection: family is a life long investment, which means that people were invested in getting life long jobs so they could use their stable incomes to have access to credit (loans and purchases with interests). And this closes the cycle of national political economy, wherein the State works to give people stable jobs so the people can contract credit, that the state is also the one providing, so that they can purchase expensive consumer goods, that the state is also the ones regulating or providing, so the national companies, that the state also maintains. The cycle is important because it puts everything in the hands of the state: family, labor, finances and consumption.
>>18357 Europe would go back to feudalism, internal conflicts and "eternal" war. USA would fall back to cannibalism in urbanised coastal areas, and Mad Max lifestyle in "flyover" states. Canadians wold act smug and smirk at all of us, but eventually end-up being devoured by wild animals. Choose your destiny!
>>18553 >There's probably some logical fallacy about universalizing claims that fits your argument. You're projecting pretty hard. There's literally nothing Christian about those family structures or whatever. Every culture in the world has had the exact same structures and values despite having different religions or no religions at all. There's nothing Christian about it.
>>18497 >sort the housing issue out You're not alone. For some reason the anglo colonies seem to have major problems with housing (New Zealand, Australia, Canada, etc.)
>>18715 all english speaking countries are experiencing significant migration because they think they are america. america also thinks its some distorted version where non white migration controls never existed. this increase in population is coupled with a decrease in housing as boomers move to limit housing zoning to increase their investment no matter their laws if US was japan the population decrease would cause an implosion of the housing market
lol. Germ-many will be much worse than Turkey. The economy is in free fall thanks to the green party. An author if children's books and a self-proclaimed 'expert' in international law destroyed the country, while the leftist soy-eaters clapped because climate and diversity. Now, all industry is shutting down and the university-educated pencil-pushers don't even understand. This country is done and there is no end in sight!
>>18413 Shut up, soy-eater. >>18464 > all of that income What income > travel > takeout-food > pets The words you were looking for are 'rent' and 'food', maybe 'clothes'. That's what people can afford. Why would plebs be allowed to make more money than that? If you make more, you are rich, and the government re-distributes your income to 'those in need'.
>>18487 If you think OP isn't correct about Europe, you have shit for brains. Maybe the Austrian government is better than German government because Austrians are not as dumb as Germans, but wedged in between the failed states of Italy and German, how can Austria hope to remain prosperous? Industry in Europe is collapsing, economies are declining, cost is sky rocketing, energy prices are sky rocketing, rents are sky rocketing, unemployment is sky rocketing, bankruptcies are sky rocketing, beurocracy is sky rocketing. There is 0 invitation, European industry has 0 competitive advantages, Europe is a leftist shithole. We are being flooded by lazy criminal brown sandniggers who love here and get everything for free while we become poorer every day. Thank you woke Eurocrats! They love to spend money, but they have no idea how to make money, do they'll just print more. Euros are not even really money, it's Mickey mouse money, that's why the bank notes don't even look like real money.
>>18715 It's because you need housing. You have no choice but paying for housing, so they can charge arbitrary prices, and take whatever disposable income you have in exchange for some form of shelter. It will only get worse. Much worse.
>>18721 In Japan, the rural housing market has collapsed, not the housing market. All the Western countries will soon have a few key cities and all the mid-sized cities will rot away. Housing will be cheap there, but you won't have running water, you might get electricity on odd-numbered days and you won't be able to find a job. Electricity will be particularly bad in Germany, thanks to the renewable mania of the leftist eco-green German politicians and the idiot voters who believe their lies. The leftist eco green politicians want to destroy Germany, it's their vision for a brighter future, and the soy-eating masses are too stupid and naive to grasp this, because they never worked a day in their live and are too dumb to know that money doesn't grow on trees. It will only get worse over time, as soy rots the brain.
Germany is such a shithole! Poland and the Czech Republic and Hungary are now much better countries than Germany. Deutschland verrecke.
Bankruptcies are at an all-time high! German economy is getting butchered! Germany is too slow, to expensive, with zero innovation and quality problems! German quality and German efficiency have been lies for decades, and the world finally found out! This country is done, done, done, done, done! It won't be like Turkey, it will be worse! Much worse!
Nothing is eaten as hot as it was cooked.
I hurt that Germany is talking about taking Burgerbux from neets, truly a horrible thing to do. I hope German Bernds manage to survive somehow.
>>18726 What up, crybaby? Still imagining stuff to get mad at?
>>18726 I was going to ask about Germany restarting its nuclear plants to help with energy costs, but I see they just got demolished over the weekend.
>>18799 Didn't decommissioning start briefly after they were shut off?
>>18799 >>18802 Socks-Robert made sure that they were destroyed as soon as they were shut off by pouring aggressive chemicals into the cooling systems. He knew he would be out of office soon, so he made sure the damage he did couldn't be undone. Just gotta love the Germany-hating soy-eaters. >>18799 Yes, they were blown up.
>>18814 The plants were blown up and the green leftists celebrated the terminable decline if Germany in the street. Now, we can finally have de-growth and invite even more brown refugees. The browner, the better! Germany must become a shithole full of Africans, a GDP oder €1000 per capita is fascist, diversity is strength! Really, the problem is men! If old white men weren't so racist and sexist, there would be free energy flowing from wall sockets, generated out of thin air, and there would be people from everywhere coming to Germany living peacefully from free money, and there would be true socialism in Germany, but old white men are very racist and Nazi and sexist, so we can't have that!
I am just amazed that anti-nuclear is still a vote getter in Germany. That argument largely died out 30+ years ago in North America. Lefties didn't like nuclear, but realized that it was either that or more coal plants. So what is Germany's energy plan? You're high on renawables. But without hydro-electric mega projects, that leaves new capacity to wind and solar. And neither are the most reliable for providing energy when there are surges in demand.
>>18917 >I am just amazed that anti-nuclear is still a vote getter in Germany. Hasn't been in 15 years. Being pseudo pro nuclear was an unsuccessful attempt in the recent years, but the topic is through. No one except dunning bydlos really cares and even they forget as soon as the tv shows something else to be mad about.
>>18917 The Coalition in Australia ran their last election campaign on Nuclear energy and got utterly trounced. Nobody wants to live near a nuclear power station.
>>18917 they actually wage some covert in NA, some dude that did flatness told me the nuclear regulation called for measurements that didnt exist not high intensity enough for bans but over regulation
>>18815 So in 2 weeks Germany is finally done. But this time real. Only 2 weeks. Youve been sayin this for years but now it is real. 2 weeks and Germany is totally deindustrialized. Really!
>>18960 yeah he be right since the syrian migrants and staglation line up at the same time decade back
